EVOLV Sales Performance Diagnostic

Through a series of realistic sales situations, the diagnostic helps you identify patterns in how you listen, question, create value, handle hesitation and move opportunities forward—so you can focus on what to improve first, instead of guessing.

01 -  Sales Skills. Unlearned. Workshop

A human-centred sales workshop that challenges how we have been taught to sell.

Salespeople are often taught to read clients, overcome objections and control conversations. But a client’s behaviour does not always mean what we think it means.

Silence is not necessarily disinterest. A price objection may not be about price. “Let me think about it” is not always a rejection.

This three-hour interactive workshop helps participants recognise when assumptions are influencing their responses—and replace instinctive reactions with better observation, questioning and verification.

Participants will apply the 3C Concept—Clue, Curiosity and Clarity—to understand what may be happening, before using the UNSTALL Framework to address the verified concern and create the next honest decision.

What Participants Will Explore:

1. Behavioural Clues

Observe changes in client behaviour without immediately deciding what they mean. Learn to separate what actually happened from the story you create around it.

2. Hesitation, Resistance and Decision-Making

Explore the different factors that may influence a client’s hesitation—including risk, trust, value, control, timing and commitment—without treating possibilities as facts.

3. Questioning and Listening

Ask purposeful questions, listen beyond the first answer and verify what matters before deciding how to respond.

4. Practical Sales Scenarios

Apply 3C and UNSTALL  to realistic situations involving price objections, silence, delayed decisions, competing offers and long-term commitments.

Participants Will Leave Better Able To

  • Recognise assumptions before acting on them

  • Separate observation from interpretation

  • Identify behavioural clues during client conversations

  • Explore hesitation without becoming defensive

  • Ask questions that uncover the actual concern

  • Respond to what has been verified—not what has been assumed

  • Move stalled conversations towards a clear and honest next step

Observe more carefully.
Assume less quickly.
Ask better questions.
Respond more intelligently.

03 -  1-1 Sales Performance Coaching Programme

A personalised coaching programme that focuses on the behaviours, communication habits and soft skills that influence how you perform in real sales situations.

Rather than relying on generic scripts or techniques, EVOLV helps you identify the patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen how you listen, question and respond, and build more effective sales behaviours.

Throughout the coaching journey, real-life sales scenarios and simulations are used to bring key concepts and frameworks to life—helping you understand not just what to do, but when, why and how to apply it.

The goal is simple: understand what is holding you back, build better behaviours, and perform with greater clarity, confidence and consistency.
