Complimentary Consultation Booking Policy Our initial consultation is designed to give you an opportunity to share your current challenges, goals, and areas of interest, while allowing EVOLV to understand how we may be able to support you. There is no obligation to engage EVOLV or purchase any service following the consultation. The session is an introductory discussion and may cover your current situation, key challenges, desired outcomes, and the EVOLV services that may be relevant to your needs. Where appropriate, we may suggest a possible next step, such as an assessment, advisory engagement, coaching programme, workshop, or further diagnostic review. No-Obligation Consultation The consultation is provided on a non-obligatory basis. Any recommendations discussed during the session are preliminary and do not constitute a formal engagement, professional report, or commitment by either party. A formal scope of work, fees, deliverables, and terms will be provided separately should both parties decide to proceed. Booking & Availability Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Please provide accurate contact information when making your booking so we can send appointment details and communicate any necessary changes. Rescheduling & Cancellation We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, where possible. Repeated no-shows may affect future complimentary booking availability.
